Policy on Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC)

1. Introduction
The Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) is constituted to ensure a fair, transparent, and accountable mechanism for addressing grievances raised by the students. The Committee aims to promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive academic environment where student concerns are resolved promptly and justly.
2. Background
a) The Student Grievance Redressal Committee Policy is framed in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023 to address and redress student grievances.
b) This policy shall be called the “Radhika Law College Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) – Policy.” It shall come into force from the date of notification.
